If you are interested in consulting with me by email, first email me with your request including details. Do not send photo attachments unless I request them. If I feel I can help you, I will then ask you to register for the consultation and supply me with photos (if necessary).

My responses are to the point and action-oriented. I attempt to clarify the issue for you and then tell you what I think is the most expedient way to deal with the problem.
